Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, registering a sticker, or otherwise using Relify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Relify does

Relify provides QR stickers that act as an anonymous intermediary between whoever finds a lost item and its owner. When someone scans a registered sticker, we facilitate a message to the owner without revealing either party's personal contact details.

Relify does not guarantee that a lost item will be recovered. We only facilitate contact between the finder and the owner; what happens after that is outside our control.

3. Sticker registration

Each QR sticker must be registered to an account before it can be used. A sticker is unique and non-transferable, except through an in-app reassignment initiated from your account.

You can deactivate a sticker at any time from your dashboard. Once deactivated, scanning it will no longer notify you or expose any messaging option to the finder.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you when a sticker is scanned.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Relify to harass, deceive, or extort another person, nor to register stickers for items that are not lawfully yours to protect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Relify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
